Admission Procedure

The merit list will be prepared completely on the basis of marks obtained in various examination upto +2 level and equivalent. List of selected candidate will be displayed on the notice board. They will be required to get admitted within stipulated time, failing which, seats would be offered to next candidate in merit list.
(Reservation Policy in admission will be followed by the institution according to the Government of Jharkhand / Affiliating body)

Eligibility

1. Candidates having secured a aminimum of 50% Marks (45% for ST/SC/OBC) at +2 Level or Equivalent Examination from a recognized board, with a minimum of 2 subject taught at primary level are eligible to seek admission in D.El.Ed. course.
2. Candidates below the age of 18 years are not eligible.
3. It is a full time course of studyand candidates pursuing other courses or enrolled in other institution or those in any kind of employement shall not be eligible.

Syllabus

Syllabus prescribed by Jharkhand Academic Council will be followed.

How to Apply

The prescribed application form alongwith prospectus may be obtained from the college on payment of, Rs. 800.00 for Gen/OBC & 600.00 for SC/ST, on any working day during notice period, or a Demand Draft of Rs. 800.00 Issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of Ravi Mahto Smarak Teacher's Training (B. Ed.) College payable at Mahuda, Dhanbad.

Enclosures

1. 5 recent passport size colour photograph.
2. College Leaving Certificate (CLC).
3. Migration Certificate (In case of student having degree from any other university except Vinoba Bhave University).
4. Registration, Cast/PH Certificate.
5. Mark Sheet from Matriculation Examination and onwards.
6. Certificate of Matriculaion Examination showing Date of Birth.
7. NCC/Sports Certificate, if required.
8. No Objection Certificate from the Employer, if any.
9. Affidavid as per format given with Applicable Form.

General Rules & Regulation

1. Attendance of every enrolled student of the college shall have to attend 75% of classes held in theory abd practical classes separately.
2. Students failing short of the required attendance shall not be sent up for University Examination (Final).
3. Students will have to follow all the rules and regulations of the institution issued from time to time relating to their studies, examination, conduct and discipline.
4. Candidates once admitted on production of False Certificate, his/her admission will be cancelled and no fee will be refunded to the candidate, and legal action shall also be taken.
5. The college Identity Card should be worn during class hours.
6. There is restrict ban on ragging. Anyone found indulge in ragging activities is likely to be punished as per rules.
7. All the student must attend class in proper uniform.
8. Any legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Dhanbad only

Uniform

Uniform will be provided by the college at the time of admission on payment.
